The Actual Police Report Filed by Ben Shapiro Against Transgender Activist Zoey Tur for the crime of Battery.
I have a few audio and video clips relating to the incident between Ben Shapiro and Transgender Activist Zoey Tur on the Dr. Drew Show on HLN during which Tur threatened and physically laid hands on Shapiro after he referred to Tur as “sir”. I have been asked by many people about the status of the case and information about what was filed with the Los Angeles Police Deparment so in response to that I have the complete police report posted below. I also have the clips of the YouTube videos below as well. The LAPD did take this report however, the District Attorney decided not to pursue charges to which I say draw your own conclusions as to why.
